Terms of Service

The client rents an online neurofeedback training service that includes equipment and training guidance from a trainer. The equipment consists of: a laptop, Umo neurofeedback amplifier, two sets of electrodes, a wireless charger for Umo, and consumable materials (conductive cream, cotton pads). The client is obligated to report any damage to the IT equipment (Umo amplifier, laptop) to Umo neuro centar without delay. Umo neuro centar is then obligated to provide the client with replacement equipment within a reasonable timeframe. The client bears the risk of accidental damage to IT equipment, including damage due to theft, fire, flood, force majeure, negligence, and improper handling. Repair costs for equipment damage caused by negligent handling are borne by the client. In case the Umo amplifier cannot be repaired, the client must compensate the damage in the amount of 1100 EUR.

• The service is rented for a period of 3 months, at a price of 1250 EUR. • The cost of delivering equipment to the client and returning equipment to the service provider is borne by the Client. • In case of termination of service by the client, no refund of the paid amount will be approved.

Upon payment of the full amount, the equipment is delivered to the client. Clients can train at any time that suits them. Real-time support from a trainer is available on working days from 8:00 to 17:00. The start of service is the first available day for training after receiving the equipment. The last day of service is 93 days after the first day of service. The client is responsible for training every available day. Missed trainings will not be compensated. After the service expires, the client must send the equipment via express delivery (HP express or similar) to the service provider at the address: Umo neuro centar, Lavoslava Ružičke 2, 10000 Zagreb, no later than the day after the end of service.

• The client may not sublease the IT equipment to others. • The equipment may only be used by the person for whom the equipment is rented. • The client is responsible for ensuring: - peace and quiet in the room where training takes place, - a quality internet connection to which the Umo equipment connects, - being calm and in a comfortable seated position with head supported. By paying for the service, the client confirms that they have read and accept these terms of use.
